Movement Speed: Raises your basic movement speed. Running faster is always nice; you can get Metin2 yang to places faster, get to monsters quicker, and outrun other people.
Jump Damage: Causes an increase of damage when jumping. As far as I know, only the JumpJump Title (Jump Damage +10%) is the only thing that adds to this. Not particularly useful for bards, unless you like to jump and smack things with guitars. It might help with air skilling though.
Back Damage: If you attack an enemy from their behind, you get a +% damage bonus for a "back attack." Mages/Explorers have a natural 10% back attack IIRC.
The Balance Factor: This isn't a "stat" persay, but in Latale there is a "balance factor" to prevent a skill that hits multiple enemies to do full damage on each one of them. This formula (the only one I know orz) is: (Single Target damage) * (Balance Factor) / (Number of Targets)
So for example, let's say you do 1000 damage on a single target with evil sound. Evil sound's balance factor is 3.0. So if you hit 6 at once, the formula will go: (1000)*(3.0)/ (6) =500 damage.
