Every time I see someone quitting, I ask myself why do they bother selling their stuff? Afterall, you sell your stuff to receive In-Game Gold, which you can not use once you have quit playing. Its like giving a casino all your money in exchange for their chips. Not to mention, there are cases when the person decides to play again later (even if months go by). Now they have nothing to play with except the gold, which might not amount to much depending on the current ecomony. Wouldn't it be more prudent to simply say your "goodbyes" and just not log on anymore? Or perhaps give your stuff to friends instead?
This is just something that has had me curious for a long time. Please if someone can shed some light on this for me, I would be very appreciative. Perhaps I am not looking at it in the right way.
